Free First Aid Sessions

First aid courses can teach you what to do in a medical emergency, and now you can book free sessions with Cookson First Aid! At the time of writing, there are different courses available, including Emergency First Aid and Child and Baby Emergency First Aid. Depending on which course you choose, you can learn about what to do if a child is choking, how to use a defib, CPR and more.

All you need to do is click the green button below to visit the Cookson First Aid website. Once there, you can see a calendar with free first aid sessions on it. Then book your nearest one by following the easy instructions. If there isn't a session near you at the moment, keep an eye on the calendar, and one may become available.
