Free First Aid Videos & Demos

St John Ambulance are running a campaign called Save a Life September. They want to teach people what to do if someone is choking, has severe bleeding or is in cardiac arrest. So, throughout September, they have free videos and emergency advice on these topics. Plus, they are offering free first aid demonstrations.

You don’t need to book for the free demonstrations, just show up on the day. Some of the dates of the demos have passed, but there are some left, so check near you on their list of places.
