Free First Aid Demos & Guides

St John Ambulance are running a campaign called Save a Life September. They want to teach people what to do if someone is choking, has severe bleeding or is in cardiac arrest. So, throughout September, they have free demos across England which you can book, a free first aid guide which you can use in your home or workplace and emergency advice on these topics.
