Free Summer Challenges for Kids

Last year, Innocent Drinks created fun challenges for kids to try over the summer holiday, and you can take part again this year. You can get a free pack with wall charts, stickers and other stuff. Each week, you complete a challenge and fill in the chart. It is a great way to keep children active and to introduce healthier foods.

Click the green button below to get your free pack from the Innocent Drinks website. All you need to do is fill in the form, but if you want to print off the wall charts, certificates and prizes, scroll down to find the downloads. You can access the challenges by pressing “revisit summer challenge”, and there is a back-to-school version for when the holiday comes to an end.
